I lived at this motel for about 6 months after my family passed away. A few years ago it was a run down hole in the wall. However, since then a new owner purchased the motel and has redone the entire property. It has hardwood floors, choice between double beds or a kitchenette, and new TV's, it also comes with free Wifi! It has a nice view of heber springs park and is centrally located in town. The new owners are a nice and hospitable family who along with Bill can be seen daily around the property working on whatever needs to be done. I cannot speak highly enough about my stay here. If you see Sunny, the owner, you should ask when the greenhouse is going up . Thank you guys :)
We stayed and watch the parade from the corner. The color of the outside of the hotel is very off-putting and the rooms definitely needs some updating. It doesn't look like a place that a family could stay.
